*Rate is inclusive of 12% VAT. Prior to Contract signing, rates are subject to change without notice.

B. GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS:

• Ingress w/o aircon free of charge for Five (5) hours subject to availability of the venue. Two (2) weeks prior coordination with management is required.
• Ingress exceeding the allocated 5 hours w/o aircon shall be charged Php950.00/hour per Hall; Php500.00/hour per Function Room.
• Egress exceeding Three (3) hours w/o aircon shall be charged Php950.00/hour per Hall; Php500.00/hour per Function Room.
• Event proper exceeding the contracted number of hours shall be charged Php9,000.00/hour per Hall; Php1,500.00/hour per Function Room.
• Security Deposit: Allotted for possible extension of contracted period, electrical consumption on electrical equipment brought in by organizer/supplier, and for any other incidental charges incurred during the event. Said amount shall be refunded within two (2) weeks after the event, net of applicable charges.

D. BILLING ARRANGEMENT
Schedule of Payment

• Security Deposit upon contract signing
• 50% Down Payment one month before the event
• Full payment two (2) weeks before the event

Mode of Payment

• Cash
• Check payable to Premier Islands Management Corporation

NOTE: Failure to comply with Payment Requirement on:
- Security Deposit and Down Payment shall not be allowed to perform ingress activities.
- Condition on the Manner of Settlement for remaining balance to fully pay the contract
amount shall prevent pull-out of items/materials/equipment brought in by the client/s and
contractor/s.

E. FOOD AND BEVERAGE REQUIREMENTS

• Catering Services is subject to Php50/pax/day (2 snacks/ 1 lunch), Php80.00 if with Dinner based on the number of tables and chairs set up at the venue as requested. Client or the designation caterer of client, depending on the agreement between both parties, shall facilitate payment to PIMC not later than two weeks before the event.
