WEDDING REQUIREMENTS

• WEDDING FEES

1. Wedding Mass and Ceremony: Weekdays - 1,000.00 Php, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays 1,500.00 Php.
2. Priest Stipend - 1,000.00 Php
3. Royal Red Carpet - 700.00 Php
4. Computerized Organ - 300.00 Php
5. Video Lights Extra/Additional - 500.00 Php
6. Electricity - 500.00 Php (Optional)
7. St. Joseph Community Center RENTAL (sitting capacity 300 persons/air-conditioned) 6,000.00 Php for 3 hours.

• REGULATIONS

1. Reservation at least one month before the wedding date. 

          Reservation fee of 1,000.00 Php is required deductible to the marriage fees (non refundable).

          ALL FEES (including that of all services) should be settled two (2) weeks before the wedding            date.

      2. Priests who are friends or relatives of the parties may be invited to solemnize the wedding                    provided they have the authorization from the proper government agency. In case the invited                priest doesn't show up in the wedding, it is the responsibility of the wedding party to look for              substitute.

      3. In Case of; (a) Mixed Marriage - (marriage between a Catholic and non-Catholic) - secure                    permits from the Archdiocese Chancery Office, Archbishop Palace, Jaro, Iloilo City. Tel. No.              033 3294252; (b) Marriage between Filipino and a Foreigner - secure Civil Status at the                      Foreign Embassy.

      4. Be PUNCTUAL. Only one hour are allotted fro the whole ceremony including the entrance                and recessional. If any of the contracting parties arrived late, only the marriage rites will be                  said.

      5. In order to avoid wastage, in case the couple will have a Nuptial Mass Missalette printed, a                  draft should be submitted to the parish office for approval before the printing. Prior                              arrangements should be made with the parish office. Nuptial missalettes not submitted for                    approval may be rejected.

      6. The caterer should see to it that the reception hall is cleaned and kept in order after the wedding

          reception.
