WEDDING REQUIREMENTS

1. Marriage License / Civil Marriage Contract/ Affidavit
2. CENOMAR (NSO) both parties
3. 1pc. 2x2 ID Picture both parties

FOR GROOM & BRIDE

1. Baptismal Certificate (New copy w/ notation for "Marriage Purposes")
2. Confirmation Certificate (New copy w/ notation for "Marriage Purposes")
3. 3 Sundays - Tawag/Publication of Banns
4. Freedom to Marry from the parish of the GROOM
5. Permit to Marry from the parish of the BRIDE

NOTE:

1. Dress code should be observe
2. Payment for the Principal Sponsors will be charge to the wedding couple
3. Church guidelines during the wedding should be observe by the wedding coordinator & camcorders.
