WEDDING REQUIREMENTS

1. The contracting parties should apply at least ONE MONTH  before the wedding day and should attend the pre-marriage seminar given at St. Clement's on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month at 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.

2. Papers to be handed before the interview

   a) RECENT COPY of Baptismal certificate marked for Marriage Purpose.
   b) RECENT COPY of Confirmation certificate marked for Marriage Purpose.
   c) Marriage license from the City Hall (Local Registrars Office)
   d) CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage) from NSO
   e) if civilly married bring the certified NSO copy of their Marriage Contract, instead of the                   license.
   f) Publication of banns (tawag) or letter of freedom from your parish priest.
   g) Permit to marry for female contracting party

3. Typewritten list of principal sponsors (maximum of 10 persons)
4. Other matters concerning the wedding should be arranged by the COUPLE themselves in the              parish office.

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday - 7:30 & 10:00 am; 2:30 pm Wednesday - 8:00 am

Wedding Reservation, Inquiries & Interview: Saturday 9:00-11:00am
